- not keen on the balcony off the girls bedroom

Removed

- girls bedroom need to be approx 500 wider each to allow for study nook, so come further 1.2m out (over garage) and door swing will change for entry to girls bedroom

Refer to plans made bedrooms 4x3.5

- Master WIR downstairs to come in 500m into ensuite space, also allowing larger linen cupboard

Refer to plans extended wall. Note existing wall will need to be removed

- I'm not sold on the small ensuit in BED 2 downstiars and then another pwd, but I understand the theory. Just wonder if there's an alternate option. Thinking about the cost of all these wet rooms

I have revoved the Ens. and divided the space to LIN and BIR Note you can always change this should you need this space at a later date

Otherwise happy with how things are noving along design-wise.

Hi Anna, refer to Updated Plans as well Animation for your reference . you can click onto VR to view Model as well. We can discuss direction for 1st floor, Ground Floor was the best I can Do. Thought it works well. Went with the spanish mission style to stay true to its era. Just my thoughts .

Old- Hi Anna , Refer to Plans , I have few options for ground floor . let me know what you think and direction for the stairs. I am working on 1st floor will send through once confirm on stair case location . Feel free to make any changes and elements you like from each option.
