Hi Guys Refer to plans. Regarding Building on the boundary, I only kept the garage walls on the boundary as the max height is 3.2m. I found if I take the house to the boundary the ceiling line will be too low. so made it as an access way to the garage and Pwd room that leads to laundry. Think this works well. allows the pantry to have a splashback window for light. let me know your thoughts and if I forgot anything.
