We can still refine the plans, but let's commit to the size first. (Footprint) This move to boundary adds 40m2 additional making it a total 148m2 to 150m2

Hi everyone, please take a look at the new plans with options A, B, and C. Apologies for the delay, but things are moving forward again. We've managed to reduce it to a total of 108m2 (or 11.7sq). Let's review these plans again and proceed from there.

Hi Hellen,

I just wanted to give you an update that I have added some design options C & D to the plans based on the brief we discussed earlier. My primary objective at this point is to calculate the area and footprint of the building to determine its cost. Please note that the plan I have created is not a final design, but rather a starting point for us to explore ideas and get a sense of the open space by using the west sun for casting shadows. The plan includes the areas and cost, as well as a raw design for options C and D. I want you to review them and add your own ideas to them. Please keep in mind that if we place the kitchen on the right-hand side, we will lose all the benefits of the west sun and face challenges with the dimensions.
