您好,我已为您上传了一份设计方案。我非常喜欢您的原始设计,并尽量保留了其中的大部分内容,但由于车库的边界限制,我需要重新调整布局。您的设计将楼梯放置在走廊上,需要在其周围设置通道,这缩小了旁边空间(如洗衣房)的面积。在我的备选方案中,我将楼梯安置在洗衣房区域内,使走廊保持完全畅通,形成单一通道,避免了L形路径。车库的一侧边界保持不变,但另一侧需要向内偏移一米。请随时审阅并调整我的设计,以符合您的喜好。

 

Hello, I’ve uploaded a design for you. I really like your original design and tried to keep as much of it as possible, but due to the garage setbacks, I reshuffled the layout. Your design had the staircase along the hallway, requiring a thoroughfare around it, which reduced the size of adjacent spaces like the laundry. In my alternate approach, I placed the staircase within the laundry area to keep the hallway fully open as a single thoroughfare, avoiding an L-shaped path. The garage footprint remains on the boundary on one side but shifts one meter off the boundary on the other. Please feel free to review and adjust my design to suit your preferences.
